No. The $4 / M token rate is a flat platform rate that covers Sozenz infra and any model — Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama, Mistral. You can BYO API keys on the Scale plan to bill providers directly.
A tool is anything your agent can call as a function: a custom skill, an MCP tool, a webhook, or an internal API. Pricing is bracketed by total count attached to live agents — your monthly fee only changes when you cross a bracket.
An app is a managed OAuth connector we maintain — Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, GitHub, and 60+ more. One Slack workspace, Salesforce org, etc. counts as one app, no matter how many agents use it.
